Our method is participatory and consensus-driven. It is best suited to organizations that include those who implement the plan in its creation. It works with the idea that, although it’s not a top-down process, the top is informed of the planning work being undertaken throughout the organization.
We spend time identifying the desired reality for the organization and what the obstacles are to that reality. Participants are enabled to craft strategies to address the obstacles. Through every step of the process, we seek to find the underlying information that connects the data. By opening the way for this information to be drawn out, significant and lasting changes can be made.

We work with the organization to turn the strategies into meaningful action plans that keep the strategic plan alive and off of the proverbial shelf. We offer regular follow up so that our clients get additional support to ensure that their plans are on track.
